Sponsor The Troops (STT) members are ordinary people from all over the United States who want to show that we care about our troops. We want to say thank you for serving.

The way we do that is by trying to fill requests from our deployed men and women for items that are hard to come by where you are serving - whether it be everyday necessities or things that will help you enjoy some of your down time.

Your request will be posted on our website and will be seen only by members who have been cleared to see soldier names and addresses - and they will never pass this info to anyone else.

What you can ask for is a penpal, food, snacks, hygiene gear, games, books, DVD’s, CD’s and anything else you may need or want. Our purpose is to support you we will do our level best to fill special requests.

What you can't ask for is pornography, products that are banned in the country where you are serving, firearms or other weapons, etc.

Our members do not usually have the means to supply items such as ipods, laptops, gameboys, or other expensive items. If you need something like this, please submit a group or project request to one of the moderators who will post it on the website, and we make every effort to coordinate efforts to get the item. We cannot guarantee success on these requests.

If you are submitting for a friend, relative, or significant other, please be sure that you have his or her permission first. STT only supports deployed American troops.
