Membership in Sponsor The Troops (STT) is open to anyone who supports the troops. STT is bi-partisan, non-political, and does not discriminate as to race, religion, national origin, gender, or handicap status. As a member of Sponsor The Troops, Inc. (STT), I hereby certify:

1. That I am eighteen (18) years old or older, and am a citizen and live in the United States, Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom. (If under 18 parent or guardian must also sign below.)

2. That I will follow United States Postal Service and Military Postal Service regulations regarding mail to the military.

3. That I agree to abide by US copyright laws.

4. I will not post statements either pro or con regarding any military action being conducted by our troops.

5. I will only send religious or politically sensitive materials to the troops, if such an item is particularly requested by a troop (this includes email, or regular mail).

6. I understand that sending pornography is expressly prohibited.

7. I understand that STT is a family-friendly site. Inappropriate jokes, messages, or pictures cannot be sent to the troops, and cannot be posted on the site.

8. I understand that STT is NOT a dating or matchmaking site.

9. I understand that anything posted on STT becomes public information, and is open for public inspection.

10. I understand that the STT Board of Directors reserves the right to delete any material that does not meet the above STT guidelines, and further understand that the STT Board of Directors, at their discretion, reserves the right to revoke the membership of any person who fails to follow these guidelines.

11. I understand and agree to respect that names, addresses, pictures, or personal information of military personnel obtained from STT is NOT to be shared by me, with any non-member, put on any church, club or any other kind of list, web-site, or blog, without the express written permission of the troop.
